Frequently Asked Questions
Support: Support@sillygoosecompany.com
How should I wash and care for my T-shirt, and other silly goose products?
Cold water, gentle cycle, and hang dry if possible. Avoid bleach or super-hot drying — we don’t want your goose gear shrinking into duck sizes.
How do your sizes run?
Most of our apparel is true to size, but if you’re between sizes and like a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Check our Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements.
How long does shipping take?
We start printing your goodies as soon as you order — because every goose deserves fresh threads! Most orders ship within 5–7 business days and usually land on your doorstep within 7–14 days, depending on where you live.
. What is your return or exchange policy?
Every Silly Goose item is made just for you — printed fresh and ready to fly your way! Because each order is custom-made, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges.
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, don’t worry — just reach out and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Absolutely! Sign up for the Silly Goose Flock (our newsletter) to get first dibs on promos, early drops, and secret rewards.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can stalk your package (responsibly).
