Snow Capped Mountains

Ingredients:

12 3-to-4 inch tall seedless watermelon pyramid shapes

Sweetened whipped cream

8 to 12 ounces white chocolate, shaved

3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Arrange 3 pyramids on each of 4 serving plates. Top with whipped cream. Decorate with the white chocolate and shredded coconut and serve.
